Bollebygd is one of Sweden's fastest growing municipalities and is located in a scenic area between Gothenburg and Borås, near Landvetter Airport.

The four urban areas of Bollebygd, Töllsjö, Olsfors and Hultafors and their surroundings are home to around 9300 people. Bollebygd municipality was formed in 1995 and is one of Sweden's youngest municipalities.
